Our policy determines that if you have made an advance booking, you can cancel your booking upto 1 day before the date selected. However the payments shall be credited to your e-wallet which could further be used to purchase any of our items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once you have cancelled your booking, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your cancellation request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your e-wallet within a certain amount of days.
